Whether you’re new to Personify or have been with us for a decade or two, our incredible AEs are ready to answer your questions, walk you through setups, troubleshoot problems and ultimately show up for you the same way you show up for your members.

Cindy Orna

As a former association staffer, Cindy Orna understands firsthand what it’s like to manage the nuanced needs of members. Now, Cindy proudly identifies as a tech enthusiast, and consistently displays not only advanced technical understanding, but a deep passion for her craft and the people she serves. 

As an Account Executive at Personify, Cindy now lends her experience and technical knowledge to help MemberClicks customers leverage our strategic solutions as efficiently as possible. Her specialties include tackling big, forward-thinking goals like engaging members sustainably and generating non-dues revenue — one of her favorite things to talk about!  Cindy’s approach is personable, reliable, and always uniquely tailored to each association she works alongside. Without a doubt, Cindy is an AE you can depend on, and personifies trustworthiness in all that she does. 

In her free time, Cindy enjoys exploring the North Georgia mountains, hosting game nights with friends, and traveling back home to Chicago to visit family whenever she can. 

Kristen Dennis

With over six years of experience serving Personify’s MemberClicks clients, Kristen Dennis knows a thing or two about delivering excellent customer value. The most important thing she’s learned? Keep it simple. 

Kristen considers simplicity to be one of her core values, and she doesn’t take that lightly. To Kristen, simplicity means drawing on her vast experience to make life as easy as possible for the customers she serves. She believes in never overcomplicating anything unnecessarily, and in always striving to find the simplest, most efficient path forward. 

From identifying new initiatives that support an organization’s values and mission to implementing automated workflows to save staff valuable time and money, Kristen works her hardest to make her customers’ lives easy. And with years of insight under her belt, this comes practically as second nature. It’s simple: Kristen personifies experience.  

Rivaling Kristen’s love of customer service is her love for staying active. Kristen is an avid Peloton rider and loves chatting about all things sports. Outside of work, you can find her exploring local parks and trails with her husband Ethan and their two children.

Meg Moulden

Since joining the team in August 2016, Meg Moulden has worked with hundreds of associations, AMCs and chambers of commerce. Meg loves representing Personify on the road at industry conferences, and participates actively in the Florida Society of Association Executives and the AMC Institute. But for Meg, the greatest joy of all comes from building lasting, meaningful relationships with her customers.

Meg loves connecting with customers on a personal level and strives to learn everything she can about the communities and industries they serve. Her kindness and understanding toward her customers empowers her not only to deliver excellent customer service, but to help each association realize their mission to the fullest extent possible. Through all that she does, Meg personifies the compassion behind the Personify experience. 

Outside of work, Meg enjoys playing tennis, cooking, hiking, and traveling to visit family. She lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, Kyle.
