For the Student Transportation Association of Indiana, supporting safe and effective student transportation depends on strong education, clear communication and well run events. Over time, those priorities became harder to manage. The organization relied heavily on printed materials and manually maintained email lists, which made it difficult to promote events, track engagement and support consistent growth. Launching a professional development program also proved challenging, especially with membership tied closely to annual conference attendance.
