  • This package is ideal for new project initiatives or to help with brainstorming on new configurations, data changes etc. This package includes an initial call to identify the new project needs after which our team provides the client with an outline of action items that can be completed by the client or our Services teams. A very specific example would be a revamp of member structures or specific data clean up efforts.
  • Our team will review your existing MC Trade system configurations, conduct a 1-hour call to discuss your project goals and desired outcomes, and provide a follow-up email with call recording, project statement of work, and a quote for any next steps.
  • Advanced scoping for complex set ups may incur an additional fee.

This feedback includes anything that should be changed and/or what changes might make efficiencies for them in their current workflows and processes.
