ATLANTA – January 24, 2017 – MemberClicks, the leading provider of membership management software for small-staff associations, is pleased to announce a record year with a 58 percent growth in new sales.

According to President and CEO, Mark Sedgley, “We’re thrilled to have seen such great results in 2016, and a lot of that can be attributed to the new product we launched in April of 2015. We built it from the ground up to better serve small-staff associations, and we started to see the impact of that over the last year.”

“But product aside,” said Sedgley, “none of this would be possible without our customers. They’re why we do what we do, and why we’ve been able to come this far.”

MemberClicks now has more than 1,600 customers in the association space. The company also has a 99 percent customer satisfaction rating.

In regards to customer service, Richie Ward, VP of Customer Experience said, “Customer service all starts with our commitment to living out our core value, ‘Provide a Shockingly Refreshing Experience.’ That’s exactly why we put so much time and energy into hiring the right people for the right positions. Our team’s drive and dedication has directly impacted growth, and we expect to see more of that in 2017.”
