Here at MemberClicks, we hold our mission (To empower member-based organizations to thrive through refreshing technology and a heart for service) very close to us.

Obviously our main purpose for existing is the technology part, right? That’s what you know us for! And we strive to provide a refreshing experience, whether that’s when you’re using one of our tools, chatting with the Help team, attending an event…even reading a blog post

But today, we want to talk about the last part: what exactly does it mean for us to empower you with a “heart for service”?

Your mission is our mission

A common sentiment among Clickers (MemberClicks employees) is how amazing it is to serve so many organizations with different causes. We get to work with groups who are passionate about very specific hobbies, affecting change in their communities, redefining their profession — even saving lives.

So, while we don’t work for your organizations directly, we push ourselves to create tools that make doing your important work easier, so you can spend more time focusing on membership experience and providing value to your members. Simply put, we show up every day with your mission in mind, too.

Your feedback informs our roadmap

We want you to feel confident that using your system will lead you to crushing your goals. Your success is our success, and we’re here to set you up for it!

That’s why we use customer feedback to figure out what to focus on as we continue to develop and enhance each product. We’re working to solve your challenges, after all — and part of providing a service means listening and understanding your unique needs. (Learn a little more about our product development process here.)

You inspire us

We started MC Cares, our give-back initiative, to help keep us closely connected to the missions that you all are working toward every day. In the past, we’ve volunteered to bake treats for the children and families staying at the Ronald McDonald House, collected toys for Atlanta’s ELI Project, and spent the day sorting donations at the Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana. This year, we’ve been working with an organization called CHRIS 180.

At the end of the day, we know it’s up to us to create a culture that we love. And right now, the “heart for service” part of our mission is something we’re all taking…well, to heart.

Association and chamber family: we are here for you during this tough time, and beyond. Watch as a few Clickers take the time to share words of encouragement and unique ideas to help alleviate stress during the COVID-19 pandemic:
