We have some exciting news to share!

The MemberClicks Customer Success Team started the year with a plan to enhance your product training and user group experiences, and we’re kicking off TWO new and improved initiatives: turning your 101-level training into an on-demand experience and offering continued and *new* ways to engage with your fellow MemberClicks product users.

Without further ado, here are all the details:

MemberClicks University

Hosted through MC | LMS, MemberClicks University is a series of training videos that cover fundamental and advanced topics on database management to your content management system, and more. 

Fundamental courses are a great introduction to your software. With this series of bite-sized videos, anyone can learn the foundational tools they need to do their job on a daily basis! 

We recommend having every new staff member get started on their software training with these courses — and even those who have been using the system for years may benefit the videos, to see if there are new features or best practices they aren’t aware of. (If you’re unsure which of your staff are fully trained to use your system, we can help! Get in touch here.)

Advanced topics are useful for staff and volunteers who work more in a specific area of the software and need a deeper understanding. This is where you want to go when you’re ready to take your product knowledge to the next level.

MemberClicks User Groups

We love gathering with our customers near and far, in-person and virtually. In fact, we’ve been hosting various user group meetings for years! And now, we’re adding more to the schedule.

Biweekly User Group

These meetings continue to be a great opportunity to gather with Oasis or Atlas product users. Every two weeks, the agenda for this meeting will include key feature highlights, tips and tricks, as well as provide time for open forum Q&A from users like you.

NEW! Membership User Groups and Events User Groups

If you’re interested in networking with other users specifically on how to grow your membership or manage engaging events, there’s a user group for you! Occurring once per quarter, these meetings will include a deeper look at the membership and events functionality of your system and highlight use cases from across the industry.
