Session 1: Creating a membership journey
A vibrant membership is the lifeblood of an association… but, between wearing too many hats, being understaffed, and not having a clear strategy, growing your membership can take the back burner. In this session, we’re going to talk about the importance of a membership journey. You’ll learn how to bring in new members more easily than ever before and how to write a membership engagement strategy that produces results.
Session 2: How to engage your members with confidence
Are you having a hard time keeping your members engaged? Maybe your members are inspired and excited when they commit, but are you doing what you can to steward that enthusiasm and make it last? In this session, you’ll learn how to organize your activities in a way that will increase member engagement without wasting time and money.
Session 3: 3 key levers to use when designing your membership offer
It can be difficult to know what to include in your membership offer. It doesn’t matter how many members you have if you grow your money problems with your membership. In this session, you’ll learn the three key levers to focus on when designing and refining your membership offer, as well as the one key offering which will cost you almost nothing and be incredibly valuable to your members.
Session 4: Increase the value of your membership offer without increasing costs
A high value membership program is the lynchpin of financial sustainability for associations, but many nonprofits are stuck with high-cost programming and less than ideal member engagement. In this session, you will receive a worksheet template for finalizing a financially sustainable membership offer and help you get started with examples for your association’s niche.
July 14th Webinar —Supercharge Your Hybrid Event with an Event Community
@ 12:30 PM EST
As the pandemic shut down conferences and tradeshows, many organizations had to pivot to virtual events to connect with their communities as they had done in the physical world. For most, those events had always served as the ultimate opportunity for those various constituents to gain education, make connections and network with like-minded individuals and conduct business with companies who serve that same shared interest.
As organizations begin to stage hybrid and return to in-person events, one thing is clear, the desire to connect is stronger than ever.
Join Rich Vallaster, Director of Marketing and the Tradeshow Wonk at Personify, as he shares how to build event communities to increase satisfaction and retention, create additional revenue opportunities and drive higher attendance to your hybrid events.
In this session, you’ll learn:
- The technology and tools needed to build an event community.
- Best practices to engage your attendees, speakers and sponsors before, during and after your event.
- Effective sponsorships and revenue-generating ideas.
- How to measure and quantify the ROI of your community.
- And much, much more
