High employee turnover can be a problem for any company, but it can be especially problematic for nonprofit organizations. After all, it’s hard to compete with companies that have SO much money – money that’s being put towards salaries, benefits, and other attractive incentives. But that’s not to say it isn’t possible.

New hire onboarding is an essential part of the workforce management process. It helps new employees feel at ease and sets them up for success within your organization.

4. Reward hard work

Everyone likes to feel appreciated and know their contributions matter. That’s what pushes us to work harder.
