If an admin finds form receipts that were submitted without requiring user to login and create profile, but they realize the user is already in the system, there is no way to retroactively tie the receipts to the appropriate user. It would be nice to have a way to edit a receipt and connect it to a user...basically, ability to add a user to a receipt.
Read more »It would be great if you could select the fields/attributes associated with a form to export. As an example, I export my form receipts so that I can pull the information into a Microsoft Access Database where I can then run customized reports. I currently have an invoice report where I would like to have the name of the form included in each of the receipts so that it is listed on the invoice. Also, we offer a discount to those who are members and the discount price is not included in the receipt export. Without the discount amount, the balance due does not make sense.
Read more »I would love to be able to search for every form submission in a given time period, then export all of the receipt information from all of the form submissions in that time period, without going into the individual form receipts. For organizations that run many events in a month, this would be a huge time saver.
Read more »The dates for receipts in the receipt lists (both in the profile and in the list in the forms) should acurately show when a receipt was completed, not when it was started. It would save more time when I could confidently say to a member that we received their payment on October 1 per the list and not have to open the receipt to get the acurate date the charge was complete. It would also help when trying to find transactions if the dates in MC matched the completed dates in PayPal, as close as you could.
Read more »Go back to the old method. The new receips are horrible to read. You need to divide the info so once printed they can be read. And when you do go to the printer friendly one you can't scroll down to see all the data. The user admin should be able to set up the receipt anyway they want to. I find this most difficult compared to the previous method.
Read more »There should be a "print" button on any page where a person (or administrator) who has made a payment can go back to and reprint or email a receipt. As an event coordinator I get lots of requests for copies of receipts.
Read more »I posted this months ago and have seen very little improvement in this area. The idea was marked "promoted," but I have no idea what that means. I still have three pages printing, only 1 being actual receipt data and it's not all of the data. we print every receipt for financial and adminstrative reasons and the way it prints with the new interface is horrible. We do not have the time to copy every receipt to a word document and print. The old interface served us well and this is the main reason I have been apprehensive about the change.
Read more »I would like to have the ability to transfer receipts from one member profile to another. This would be useful as we often have members that fill out a new membership application during renewal time instead of completing the renewal application, which creates two profiles. The only fix is to delete one of the profiles, but then the member looses the receipt information from the duplicate profile.
Read more »Within the Reports section of the individual form, when the responses are shown(number value and percentage), the numeric value of each of the item can be linked to the results.
The idea is bringing over the same results when you complete a Form Field Report within Report Management.
Read more »Despite trying to have members log-in with their specific user name and password, some just chose to create new profiles by using a different e-mail address. I desperately need some way to 'merge' profiles so that I can get rid of the extra profiles but not lose any receipts assocaiated with them. Can there be a way to tranfer a receipt to a different profile?
