My former membership database allowed the export of only selected fields to an Excel spreadsheet, without having to export the entire member profile. It would be extremely useful and time-saving to be able to do this in MemberClicks.

Read more »I love that Memberclicks provides webinars for customers. It is a great way to learn about new features of the Memberclicks products. I would, however, like to suggest that the webinar be recorded. I found myself wanting to hit "pause" while watching the webinar this morning so I could digest the information provided and think of how my organization could use the functions that were just explained.

Read more »Form limits based off of the total of a group registration field or total registrants as available under the form report.
At this time form limits are only determined by the total number of submission on a form. If the customer is using the group registrant field this does not reflect the total number of attendees.
Example, if there is a meeting where 20 people(registrants and guests) can attend there is no way at to limit the form off the total number of actual number of registrants.

Read more »When you pull up the records from a search (i.e. Name Quick Search) you get a subset of records. When an Admin selects a record to edit they must click [View Profile] and then [Edit]. Why not move [EDIT] out to the search results view and eliminate the extra step and delay from requesting a [View Profile] first. We already view profile in the edit screen so this appears to be an extra step for Admin access.
Read more »When exporting a receipt the submit date always displays the date that the form was started. This submit date should reflect the date the form was actually submitted.
