I would really like to see it if when an admin takes a form on a users behalf (I.E. via the profile) That they will have the ability to access payment options other than only the ones offered to the user. For instance, the user when logged in to access the form may only see an offline credit card option, but if the administrator accesses the form via the users profile, the send check option should also be available. This would allow admins to be able to process paper applications that come in to them more efficiently, rather than having to go through the old methods.
