We would love it if you could extend the timeout function or offer more options on setting the time limit. We have had several occasions where we were drafting an e-mail and inserting the links and then when it timed out and requested us to login again, we lost all of our work.

Also related to timeout

Also related to timeout issues, it would be great if the Admin group had a longer auto-timeout group than members since we are most likely to be spending more time on the site, though we may get delayed occasionally by phone calls or other interruptions. Maybe a 120 minute or configurable timeout?
Also, the inline editor needs to be able to track that a user is actually entering data or making changes and periodically tell the system that, so that we do not get a "no activity" timeout warning while we are actually using the system. While we do not actually get timed out if we acknowledge the warning, it can be pretty frustrating that you are using the system but it does not recognize you.
Another plug for Timeout enhancement

It would be an extremely helpful enhancement for the sites we have with you if we were able to increase or to allow the ASA the ability to modify the timeout feature. Our members are viewing instructional videos, or completing online documents, both of which opens in a new window (which means they don't see the Refresh Login command).
These videos/documents can take anywhere from 60-120 minutes to go through - by the time they're done and ready to go on to the next, they are timed out. There's not a day goes by that I don't get multiple requests and complaints to increase the time out feature.
