I have noticed quite a bit of spam comments to Idea posts in the Idea Center. This is discouraging when I think someone has commented to my post something that might help me now and it is spam. Also I beleive someone posted a spam Idea on Gas Furnaces. Please remove this junk. Thanks.
Read more »We just ran into a hugh issue for our organization, in that there is not a way to search within inactive profiles for a specific name. Instead we had to search through each page.
Read more »I've been scrolling through ideas on this site and voting for several which echo my own thoughts. However, the site seems to freeze when I click an arrow to vote for a submission - sometimes getting the vote to "take" requires me to click the "compatibility" button in Internet Explorer 8. Please check compatibility with the newest browser.
Read more »When you have a list of bounced e-mails from an e-blast, you should be able to export/print/email the list. As it stands, you can only select and re-send (why would you do that, if these mails already bounced once?)
Read more »I have now lost a ton of work twice because when I hit save (after about an hour of work) the system was down. After an email with the help center I have now realized that this is due to the system going down at midnight for maintainence. First it would be most appreciated if there were a 10 minute warning or something so I don't lose the work. Secondly it would be even better if the scheduled down time could be a little later. Like 2am. I realize that the timing is to affect the fewest people.
Read more »I understand you have increased the log-in time but I would really appreciate it if the pop-up window warning that the log-in will expire could be designed to pop up over all open applications. I have lost countless work because I am in another application and don't see the pop-up warning window in time to renew my login.
Read more »Would it be possible to have some of the training webinars in the evenings? Our association works on a totally volunteer basis. Currently I can be available during the day for the training but others will not be. Need to plan for the future.
