While it's true that MemberClicks serves more than 1,400 organizations throughout North America and Europe and we've been in business for more than 10 years, that doesn't tell you much about the spirit of our company. We Think It All Matters

We spend just as much time brainstorming and designing ways for the entire experience we offer to be, in a word, refreshing.

From designing our processes to make anyone feel comfortable with technology to ensuring that our customers have active input on where we're heading, we fixate over how to make every aspect of our business more refreshing. We're Obsessed With The Membership World

Nicole Kiszenia, who came to us from XMI Association Management, is one example of how we hire from the association world.
If we're going to provide membership organizations with refreshing experiences, then we must understand what they need and want. That's why we're heavily involved. We participate in conferences. We hire former association executives and individuals from association management companies. We regularly interview and poll leaders in the membership world. And that's not all. The bottom line is that we realize the importance of designing every detail of our company around the real needs of our customers.

We Know Technology
We're also obsessed with technology. Our in-house development team is constantly working on improving our products, releasing major feature updates 4 - 6 times a year. We keep abreast of new technologies and the changing landscape of the web. You can rest easy knowing that your MemberClicks solution will never be outdated or obsolete.

The attitude and approach a company has with its customers is usually the overflow of what the corporate culture is like.
